Privacy Policy
Effective
Wiens Corporation runs a five-page marketing site with one contact form. We do not sell personal information, we set no cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Who we are
Wiens Corporation is an engineering consulting and product development firm at 2133 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Suite 12-389, Suwanee, GA 30024. This policy covers wienscorp.com only. Our products — OptiTower, Stationyx, and Costnyx — are sold on their own sites, which have their own policies.
What we collect
Only two things, and one of them is entirely up to you.
Information you send us. The contact form asks for your first name, last name, work email, company, an inquiry topic, and your message. Company is optional. We ask for nothing else, and there is no account to create.
Information collected automatically. Our host, Vercel, records standard server request data such as IP address, and we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page views and loading performance. These report aggregate figures — page, referrer, country, device type — and are not used to build a profile of you or to follow you onto other sites.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss, because there is nothing to opt out of.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to answer you. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission, and we do not send newsletters.
Analytics are used to understand which pages are useful and where the site is slow.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use two service providers that necessarily handle data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.
- Resend — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox as email.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions arrive as email and remain in our mail system as long as the inquiry or the customer relationship is live, unless you ask us to delete them. Our email provider retains delivery logs for a limited period under its own policy. Analytics data is aggregate and retained by Vercel under its policy.
Your choices
Email info@wienscorp.com and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on the request within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone who asks rather than checking your address first.
Because we have no accounts and set no cookies, there is no profile to log into and nothing to switch off.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
This is a business-to-business site for manufacturers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
